IAEA remains dubious about Iran's nuclear stance
VIENNA, Austria - Yukiya Amano, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, says at the IAEA's regular board meeting in Vienna on Sept. 15, 2014, that the U.N. nuclear watchdog takes a dim view of Iran's oft-delayed promise to meet its confidence-building obligations designed to ensure that its nuclear program is purely for peaceful purposes.
