Global debut eyed for seafood boiled in soy sauce
TOKYO, Japan - Hiramatsu Seafoods Co. President Kensuke Hiramatsu has a business meeting with a Thai wholesaler in Bangkok on Sept. 8, 2014. The company from Toyohashi, Aichi Prefecture, central Japan, aims to globally expand a distribution network for "tsukudani," a traditional Japanese seafood dish simmered in sweetened soy sauce.
