Japan, U.S. fail to clinch bilateral TPP deal
WASHINGTON, United States - Akira Amari, Japan's minister in charge of the Trans-Pacific Partnership initiative, meets with reporters on Sept. 24, 2014, in Washington, the United States, following a two-day meeting with his U.S. counterpart, Trade Representative Michael Froman.
