Japan, N. Korea meet for update on probe into abductees
SHENYANG, China - Song Il Ho (front), North Korea's ambassador for negotiations to normalize relations with Japan, and Junichi Ihara, Japan's top diplomat in charge of Asian affairs, get ready for talks on Sept. 29, 2014, in Shenyang, China. In the meeting, North Korea is to give updates on a fresh investigation it launched nearly three months ago into the fate of Japanese nationals believed to have been abducted in the 1970s and 1980s.
