Japan promotes 'yuzu' citron in N.Y.
NEW YORK, United States - A chef demonstrates how to cook dishes using "yuzu" juice from Kochi Prefecture, southwestern Japan, during a promotion event in New York on Oct. 8, 2014. Kochi is Japan's biggest producer of yuzu, a citrus fruit whose juice is commonly used in Japanese cuisine as a seasoning and its aromatic zest as garnish.
