Lawmakers eye allowing 'eligible' Japanese to use casinos
TOKYO, Japan - Hiroyuki Hosoda (C, standing) of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party speaks at a meeting of a nonpartisan lawmakers' league seeking to lift Japan's ban on the casino business to boost tourism at the parliament building in Tokyo on Oct. 16, 2014.
