Japan's UNICEF staffer laments S. Sudan's bad security
TOKYO, Japan - Yuji Taketomo, engaged in humanitarian support in war-torn South Sudan as a UNICEF international staff member, said in Japan in September 2014 that the establishment of a route to deliver relief aid and food to some 1.4 million internally-displaced people, particularly malnourished children, is essential but deteriorating security is an obstacle.
