U.S. military Ospreys take part in disaster drill
KUSHIMOTO, Japan - An individual playing the part of an injured person during a tsunami disaster drill on Oct. 19, 2014, is removed from an MV-22 Osprey aircraft of the U.S. Marine Corps on the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force destroyer Ise located off Kushimoto, Wakayama Prefecture. Two Ospreys from the Marines' Futenma Air Station in Okinawa took part in the disaster drill simulating a massive earthquake and tsunami originating in the Nankai Trough off central and western Japan.
