Top court rejects hospital's demotion of pregnant worker

TOKYO, Japan - Nami Shimonaka, a lawyer who represents a physical therapist filing a damages suit against a hospital for her demotion due to pregnancy, speaks at a news conference in Hiroshima on Oct. 23, 2014, after the Supreme Court's decision in favor of the therapist.
