Residents force gov't officials to retreat
KAMI, Japan - Environment Ministry officials retreat after deciding to postpone a drilling survey, slated for Oct. 27, 2014, in Kami Town, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, at a candidate site to build a radioactive waste disposal facility as a result of strong protests by local residents.
