Japan, N. Korea begin talks on abduction probe
PYONGYANG, North Korea - Junichi Ihara, director general of the Asian and Oceanian Affairs Bureau of the Japanese Foreign Ministry, holds talks with North Korean officials in Pyongyang on Oct. 28, 2014, on the North's investigation into Japanese nationals abducted decades ago.
