Ground broken for big solar power plant in west Japan
SETOUCHI, Japan - A groundbreaking ceremony is held in Setouchi, Okayama Prefecture, western Japan, on Nov. 7, 2014, to build one of the biggest solar power plants in Japan in a project undertaken by a group of companies including General Electric Co. of the United States.
