Proofs of Marcos' excesses survive super typhoon Haiyan
TACLOBAN CITY, Philippines - Photo taken Nov. 21, 2013, shows the facade of Sto. Nino Shrine and Heritage Museum in Tacloban City, the Philippines, that was hit hard by Typhoon Haiyan on Nov. 8, 2013.
