Proofs of Marcos' excesses survive super typhoon Haiyan
TACLOBAN CITY, Philippines - Photo taken Nov. 9, 2014, shows a long dining table adorned with foreign wares and centerpiece inside the Sto. Nino Shrine and Heritage Museum in Tacloban City, the Philippines, that was hit hard by Typhoon Haiyan on Nov. 8, 2013. The museum, built by former Philippine first lady Imelda Marcos more than three decades ago, shows the extravagance of the Marcoses during their 21-year reign.
