N. Korea's special envoy leaves for Russia
PYONGYANG, North Korea - Choe Ryong Hae (L), a secretary of North Korea's ruling Workers' Party of Korea, leaves Pyongyang for Russia on Nov. 17, 2014, as a special envoy. Choe, one of the closest aides to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, is expected to discuss bilateral and regional issues with Russian officials, including President Vladimir Putin.
