Merchants hand out thermal wear to promote business

YOKOHAMA, Japan - Young merchants hand out thermal underwear on a shopping street in Atsugi west of Tokyo on Nov. 25, 2014, in a campaign to shore up their declining business by wearing light clothing in cold weather to take advantage of the city's name that also means "heavily dressed" in Japanese.
