BHOPAL, India - Sanjay Yadav (L), 41, stands next to his two teenage sons who both suffer from physical deformities and mental underdevelopment in Bhopal, central India, on Nov. 17, 2014. Yadav said he, his wife and their children are suffering from the aftereffects of a 1984 incident in which a Union Carbide Corp. pesticide plant leaked deadly methyl-isocynate gas and other chemicals that turned into a dense toxic cloud hovering over the region, killing thousands of people and leaving tens of thousands more suffering from aftereffects of chemical poisoning.
