BEIJING, China - Former senior Chinese Communist Party leader Zhou Yongkang is conspicuously absent in the October 2007 group photo of then Chinese President Hu Jintao's leadership, posted at Beijing's National Museum of China, as seen in a picture taken on Dec. 2, 2014, due to recent graft charges against Zhou.
