Bangladeshi lowland submerged by rising sea level

CHARIPARA, Bangladesh - A villager in Charipara, southern Bangladesh, points toward what used to be lowland that has turned into a river due to rising sea levels on Dec. 1, 2014. Experts estimate that about 17% of Bangladesh's lowland will be submerged by as early as 2070.
