BOJ chief Kuroda attends two-day policy meeting
TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda arrives at the BOJ headquarters on Dec. 19, 2014, to attend the final day of a two-day monetary policy meeting. The central bank is widely expected to maintain its latest ultraloose monetary policy, which it introduced in late October to achieve its 2 percent inflation goal, as recent economic data showed a slowing pace in price increases.
