Italian chef for Expo 2015 cherishes ingredients
ROME, Italy - Noted Italian chef Gianfranco Vissani stresses the need for small-lot production of dishes by cherishing the quality of ingredients in an interview in Rome on Dec. 20, 2014. Vissani is in charge of cooking ingredients at Expo 2015 to be held in Milan from May 2015 under the theme of "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life."
