Cabinet Office denies staff spoke of PM "wishes" in favoritism scandal
TOKYO, Japan, June 16 Kyodo - Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe speaks during a session of the House of Councillors budget committee in Tokyo on June 16, 2017.
