Japan joins U.N. pact against int'l organized crime

NEW YORK, Japan, July 12 Kyodo - Hiroshi Minami (L), deputy permanent representative of Japan to the United Nations, submits an instrument of acceptance of the U.N. Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, to a U.N. official in New York on July 11, 2017, to become the 188th signatory of the convention.
