NANKOKU, Japan, May 12 Kyodo - A man apologizes out loud from a three-meter-high platform during the "I'm sorry" festival in Nankoku, Kochi Prefecture, western Japan, on May 12, 2019. The festival has been held since 2013 to promote the city which has an area named Gomen, meaning "I'm sorry" in Japanese.
