Japan, N. Korea hold 2nd day of talks, focus on abduction cases
ULAN BATOR, Mongolia - Yoshiki Mine, Japan's ambassador in charge of normalization talks with North Korea, leaves his hotel for second-day talks between Japan and North Korea in Ulan Bator on Sept. 6. The talks focus on the thorny bilateral dispute over Japanese nationals abducted by North Korean agents.
