Abe addresses Diet, vows to continue refueling mission
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Shinzo Abe delivers a policy speech at the House of Representatives on Sept. 10 on the opening day of the 168th extraordinary Diet session. He vowed to continue Japan's support of U.S.-led antiterrorism operations, saying that pulling out Japanese refueling ships from Indian Ocean would mean abandoning Japan's ''international responsibility.''
