U.S., Chinese, Russian experts in Pyongyang for nuke survey
PYONGYANG, North Korea - Nuclear experts from the United States, China and Russia arrived in Pyongyang on Sept. 11 to conduct a survey on nuclear facilities that must be disabled under a key nuclear deal. Sung Kim (2nd from L), deputy chief of the U.S. delegation to the six-party talks on North Korea's nuclear programs, leads the U.S. group.
