Democratic Party allows overseas voting in primaries
TOKYO, Japan - The Democratic Party, for the first time, allows voting by overseas Americans in the 2008 presidential primaries through the Internet and polling stations overseas. Photo shows voters casting their ballots at a polling station in Tokyo's Shibuya district on Feb. 5. Polling stations are set up in 34 countries.
