Japan to take multipronged approach to Security Council bid
NEW YORK, United States - Kenzo Oshima, Japan's chief ambassador to the United Nations, tells reporters in New York on Dec. 22 that he will pursue a multipronged approach in trying to win a permanent seat for Japan on the U.N. Security Council.
