IOC evaluation commission members arrive in Japan

NARITA, Japan - Nawal El Moutawakel (L), head of the Evaluation Commission of the International Olympic Committee, gets out of a car as she arrives at a hotel in Tokyo on April 14. Earlier in the day, members of the evaluation commission arrived in Japan to conduct an on-site inspection in connection with Tokyo's bid to host the 2016 Summer Olympic Games.
