Support facility for Brazilians opens in Hamamatsu
HAMAMATSU, Japan - Carlos Eduardo Gabas (L), Brazilian social security minister, and Carlos Lupi (2nd from L), Brazilian labor and employment minister, cut a tape at the opening ceremony of the new support facility for Brazilian residents in Japan in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, on July 31, 2010. There are about 270,000 Brazilian residents in Japan.
