It said in a statement that the shipment is the 500th from the liquefied gas factory in Damietta of northern Egypt. Since 2021, the plant has exported 7.2 million tonnes of liquefied natural gas, of which about 4 million tonnes were exported in 2022, which is the largest quantity exported in the factory's history.
