The 5+5 Libyan Joint Military Commission concluded its talks in Egypt by reaching a mechanism for collecting and exchanging data about foreign fighters and mercenaries.
The UN-mediated two-day talks were held in Egypt with the participation of the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Libya Abdoulaye Bathily and representatives from Niger and Sudan, according to a statement obtained by Xinhua.
Bathily hailed Egypt's efforts to boost the dialogue among the Libyan sides to find a political settlement for the war-torn country.
