STORYLINE:
Tunisia has been plagued by milk shortage for months as production costs for dairy farmers have risen rapidly due to the increasing feed prices in the international market.
Thus, many Tunisian dairy farmers reduced production, resulting in a sharp drop in milk production across the country.
To prevent people from panic buying, many stores imposed purchase restrictions. Each customer can only buy two boxes of milk at a time.
Tunisians hope that the government can introduce measures to solve the milk supply problem as soon as possible.
