Cali Tzay, UN Special Rapporteur on the rights of Indigenous Peoples, made a 10-day official visit to Canada.
After the visit, he urged the Canadian government to fully implement recommendations of a 2015 truth commission to achieve meaningful reconciliation and accountability in the country.
