In 1878, China's first set of stamps, Large Dragon stamps were issued in Tianjin, north China. The only set of full-page Large Dragon stamps was exhibited at the Tianjin Post Museum, which is located at the former site of the postal bureau during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911).
