STORYLINE:
From January to April each year, villagers from Dan village of Hezhou City, south China's Guangxi, pick camellias with golden petals in the mountains.
The flower has high medicinal value.
Today, almost every household in the village grows more than 10 mu (about 0.67 hectares) of camellias, which has driven farmers' annual income up by more than 30,000 yuan (about 4,368 U.S. dollars).

"I get up every morning at around 6 o'clock to pick flowers with a basket. I can harvest about 1 to 1.5 kg of dried flowers for a day, worth over 1,000 yuan (about 145.6 dollars)."
