Chad is witnessing a new wave of refugees crossing the border following the military clashes that erupted in Sudan on April 15.
Humanitarian needs are growing while resources available to respond are sorely lacking.
Up to 20,000 people have arrived in Chad and thousands more are expected in the coming weeks according to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
