The event was held in the presence of Chinese Ambassador to Iran Chang Hua, officials of the Iranian Ministry of Sport and Youth, Secretary-General of Iran's National Olympic Committee (NOC) Manaf Hashemi, and representatives of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) and the Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee (HAGOC). A total of 200 children took part in the event, during which they performed kata movements and ran a short distance together. Following the run, all the participants received medals and certificates for having taken part in the event, which was held to mark the upcoming Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games from Sept. 23 to Oct. 8.
