Russia Says Ukraine Used Storm Shadow Missiles
Undated handout photo shows Storm Shadow on Tornado GR4 617 Squadron. Russia's Defence Ministry said on Saturday that Ukrainian aircraft had struck two industrial sites in the Russian-held city of Luhansk in eastern Ukraine with Storm Shadow long-range cruise missiles supplied by Britain. Storm Shadow is an Anglo-French low-observable, long-range, air-launched cruise missile developed since 1994 by Matra and British Aerospace, and now manufactured by MBDA. "Storm Shadow" is the weapon's British name, in France it is called SCALP-EG. Photo by MBDA via ABACAPRESS.COM
