As the largest offshore energy infrastructure project in Hong Kong, China, it consists of a dual-berth offshore LNG terminal, a land LNG terminal and two submarine pipelines. It is capable of accommodating two of the world's largest floating storage and regasification units (FSRU) or LNG carriers at the same time.
