Buddhist Monks Perform Thousand Kilometers Of Religious Journey

The monks are preparing to continue their religious journey, after stopping and resting at the Hok Tik Bio Monastery, Ambarawa Regency, Central Java, on May 30 2023. A total of 32 Buddhist monks from Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia, made a ritual religious trip (Thudong International) more than 2,000 Km starts from a monastery in the province of Nakhon Sri Thammarat, Thailand, at the end of March to the Borobudur temple located in Central Java, Indonesia.
