Lowering Of The Water Level Of Dniper River In Zaporizhia After The Collapse Of The Downstream Nova Kakhovka Dam

New islands appeared in the center of the Dniper river in Zaporizhia city after the lowering of the water level due to the collapse of the downstream Nova Kakhovka dam. The water level decreased by more than three meters along the shore of the river compared to the usual level before the destruction of the dam, appearing islands and increasing the dry shores, before under water, considerably.
