STORYLINE:
Organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), the "Harbour Chill Carnival" kicked off in Hong Kong on Saturday.
The "Harbour Chill Carnival" is one of the "Happy Hong Kong" series of activities. The event will be held at Wan Chai Waterfront on Saturday and Sunday evenings for five consecutive weeks.
Visitors can enjoy free performances such as street performances, sports performances and the Victoria Harbour Water Concert.
