The exhibition includes 80 sculptural works made of different materials, including bronze, iron, wood, stone, and recycled materials. "The exhibition sheds light on the art of sculpture in Iraq, and the participation of Iraqi creatives in this exhibition constitutes a qualitative leap in the work of the Department of Arts, given the quality of the artworks in the exhibition and their distinguished artistic level," Ali Awaiyd, director general of the ministry's Department of Arts told Xinhua.
