The society of journalists (SDJ) of the JDD has announced that it has signed an agreement with the management of Lagardère News, ending a forty-day strike. The editorial staff had been opposing since the end of June the appointment of Geoffroy Lejeune, former editor-in-chief of the far-right French weekly Valeurs Actuelles, as head of the French weekly.
