Wildfires Rage in Tenerife - Canary Islands
Flames in the vicinity of the municipality of Afaro, on August 16, 2023, in Afaro, Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. The forest fire declared in the bush area in Arafo is "out of control" when it has been active for almost a day, during which time it has burned more than 1,800 hectares in a perimeter of about 22 kilometers that mainly affects the municipalities of Arafo and Candelaria.
