Wildfire Burned Almost 15,000 Hectares - Tenerife

A fire truck works to extinguish a fire in Las Lagunetas, on August 22, in La Esperanza, Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. The fire originated last Tuesday, August 15, in the Arafo mountain on the island and has already burned almost 15,000 hectares. At present, the fire is out of control despite the work of the extinguishing teams and has reached a perimeter that covers almost 90 kilometers along ten municipalities, being the northern area the most worrying.
