Sri Lankan Traditional Drummers perform their Drums during The annual 'Gonpita Perahera' or procession at Pattini DevalayaTemple in Navagamuwa, 20 km from Colombo, On the 27th of August 2023 The 'Gonpita Perahera' is held in August each year. This traditional ceremony has been conducted for the past 1500 years in honor of Goddess Pattini, to invoke blessings on the village.
