(231016) -- TIANJIN, Oct. 16, 2023 (Xinhua) -- Liu Runlong greets other runners after the 2023 Tianjin Marathon in north China's Tianjin, on Oct. 15, 2023. Liu Runlong, 72, is a marathon enthusiast. He participated in the first marathon held in Tianjin in 1981. Liu lost his right hand in an accident at work in 1996. The physical disability did not stop him from running. Liu attended many marathon competitions in Beijing, Dalian, Xiamen and other cities in China. Every morning at four o'clock, Liu began to run along the Haihe River. "I'll run as long as I can.
